Around Reykjavik
Regular price £4.00

Reykjavik is a city unlike others. Its 120,000 inhabitants sustain a thriving art and music scene and several book and record shops, all in an area that can be strolled across in 30 minutes. The locals' love of hotdogs is in keeping with other Nordic cities, but here they're all made from organic lamb. You can spot whales from its shores and they're on its menus too. And then there's the world beyond Reykjavik, an extraordinary and varied landscape dotted with geysers, glaciers, waterfalls and black sand beaches.

Sample three entries here: Bakarí Sandholt, Spark Design Space and Bókin.

It's been a while since we updated some of our city guides, in that time the world has changed a lot. These guides are still packed full of inspiration and have plenty of great tips for things to see, do, eat and drink, but we can't be sure that every place we've recommended is still open or quite the same as it was when we wrote about it. With that in mind, follow this link for discounted bundles of city guides.
