Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is received and another when it's been sent.

Estimated delivery times
UK: 1–2 working days
Western Europe: 3 working days
Eastern Europe: 5 working days
Rest of world: 7–10 working days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping options
All orders are sent with Royal Mail.

• United Kingdom: choose Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery at checkout.
• United States: every order is sent tracked, and duties are prepaid, so there should be no extra customs charges on delivery.
• Everywhere else: select either Standard Airmail or Tracked Airmail.

Larger or higher-value orders may be sent by courier at our discretion.

EU orders (IOSS)
We are registered with the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). This means VAT is collected at checkout, so your parcel should clear customs without additional charges.

On rare occasions, a local post office may raise a request in error. If this happens, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Customs, duties & de minimis
Outside the UK and EU, local duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Other countries may also apply a de minimis threshold (a minimum order value below which duties are not collected). The amount and enforcement varies by country.
If your order is returned to us because duties were unpaid, we cannot refund the shipping costs.

Returns & refunds
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us at orders@herblester.com within 7 days of receipt.

Packaging
All orders are packed securely and, where possible, using recyclable materials.
