Dalston Eastern Curve Garden, London

Few people hurrying along bustling, urban Kingsland Road realise that just a short walk away is a community garden. It’s a thoroughly welcome change of use for the railway line that linked Dalston Junction station to the goods yard and North London Line.
The harden is long and thin, with a good variety of planats and trees, including edible crops. You can bring your own food and find a place to settle down, or go to the café which helps fund this community enterprise.
It’s a little green oasis; very welcome if you find yourself in the area, and perfect for picnics and those without access to a garden.

Dalston Eastern Curve Garden 13 Dalston Lane, London E8 3DF
